分光光度法测定脯氨酸的含量

文章用分光光度法研究了脯氨酸与四氯对苯醌的荷移反应 .实验指出 ,在硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,脯氨酸与四氯对苯醌于 30℃的水浴中恒温 1 2 0 min,可形成 1∶ 1的稳定络合物 ,其λmax=35 8nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε=1 .5 0× 1 0 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,在 60 ng·m L- 1 ～ 40 0 ng·m L- 1 的范围内符合比耳定律 ,用本方法测定药物制剂的含量与文献方法一致 ,回收率在 99.65 %～ 1 0 0 .7%范围内 ,相对标准偏差在 1 .4%以内 .     

Bang bang control of unified chaotic system

The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. 利用弹性力学的变分原理，对Ｙ３２－３００型四柱式万能压力机主机工作台的强度和刚度进行了研究，并给出了估算其变厚度的实用方法。     

线性驱动下一级相变的重正化群理论

把重正化群理论应用于一受外场驱动而发生一级相变的系统中，结果表明，与有序化过程一样，该系统也由零温不动点所决定，并得到磁化强度及结构函数的新的动力学标度关系．由此可获得滞后回约面积与变场速率的标度关系．     

DA_1-100型多级自吸离心泵的研制

阐述了多级自吸泵在节能与操作简便方面的实用意义,并且利用外混式自吸原理,将一台普通节段式多级离心泵改造成一台多级自吸离心泵,同时保持了原有的性能和安装尺寸。还分析了两端轴封漏气的原因,并提出了解决的方法。     

过程控制中计算机图形信息压缩存贮和图形滚动方法

对工业生产过程控制和管理中的计算机图形显示,提出一种压缩存贮和滚动的新方法。新方法的实施,可使图形数据占用的存贮空间减少约80％,一般地不需使用外存,从而大大提高了显示速度,解决了普通微型机存贮空间和显示速度之间的矛盾,有效地提高了普通微机的功能/价格比。所提出的方法均经工程实践检验过,效果良好。     

用“多化一”最小二乘法建立吸附动力学方程

用若干个一元最小二乘法，建立多元经验公式；以吸附动力学方程为例，取得了预期的结果。     

轴拉杆随机分析的域外奇点法

采用随机域外奇点法对轴拉杆件进行了分析．考虑杨氏模量的不确定性，得到了不同相关类型、不同相关长度下的解析解，并分析了相关类型、相关长度以及随机场中点离散法对位移方差的影响．     

论我国商业秘密的立法完善

商业秘密是企业重要的无形资产,实践中商业秘密被侵害的纠纷也屡屡发生.着重探讨现阶段我国对商业秘密的保护在立法、司法等方面存在的缺陷,指出完善商业秘密的立法保护的重要性,并提出完善商业秘密立法的一些看法.     

THE TRANSFER BEHAVIOUR OF SOME CATIONS AT WATER／NITROBENZENE INTERFACE BY SEMIDIFFERENTIAL CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY

The transfer of Sr~(2+) and Ba~(2+) ion, facilitated by 18-Crown-6 present in the aqueous phase, and of succinylcholine ion at w/nb interface were investigated by semi-differential cyclic voltammetry. A good polarographic curve of succinylcholine ion dissolved in water was obtained in the system of 0.01 mol/l LiCl (w)——0.01 mol/l TBATPB (nb). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of SC~(2+) ion. It can be used for the determination of SC and the detection limit is 1.05×10~(-5) mol/l.The apparent D~w and D~(nb) have been estimated. The transfer of Sr~(2+) and of Ba~(2+) at the interface are facilitated by 18-Crown-6 present in the aqueous phase and the peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of 18-Crown-6 in water. This method can be used for the determination of the complexing agent and for the stability constant of the complex formed in the aqueous phase.All the experimental results are in keeping with the theoretical.
